HackDefense offers a unique working environment: in a small team with lots of knowledge and experience you can quickly develop your skills, without being hampered by bureaucracy, hierarchy and office politics. You will have a lot of influence on the direction and approach on ethical hacking and consulting projects you’re involved in.
Current open positions:
HackDefense sets a high bar. All Ethical Hackers have completed a technical (applied) university education (at least B.Sc., Dutch: HBO/WO) and have also succesfully completed the OSCP exam. For recent graduates a 6 month traineeship is available during which you will complete the eWPT and OSCP certifications.
Internship Computer Science or IT Security students
Traineeship (completed technical applied university education)
Have you recently graduated from a (technical/applied) university and are you interested in hacking? If you have a solid knowledge of computer and network technology we will teach you how to hack. In six months you will obtain two prestigious professional certifications and will receive in-house training to be an ethical hacker. We do serious selection and won’t hire just anyone, but if you succeed you will have the greatest job you can imagine.
Ethical Hackers (1-3 years experience, OSCP)
Are you working in a technical setting in IT Security and do you already have your OSCP certificate? At HackDefense, you will not have your hands tied by bureaucracy or hierarchy, and you will have all the time you need to develop further as an Ethical Hacker. Senior Ethical Hackers (>3 years experience, OSCP and OSCE)
Do you have a serious amount of knowledge about pentesting and Ethical Hacking (and have your OSCE certificate)? HackDefense enables you to grow further. You specialise in a specific technical area of expertise in IT Security, such as, for example, Active Directory, Android, or cryptography. You have ample time for research and development while you work on complex security projects for our clients.

HackDefense provides insight into complex technical subjects for those responsible for IT Security, whether they have an IT background or not. We work from an ingrained motivation to understand modern digital technology in all its details, and to communicate our knowledge in an understandable way.
